Ladies Mini Dress

This ultra girly dress is a must have for summer.  Has a draw string in the front which creates a deep v-neck line when it is pulled tight and a flat front when worn loose.  Ruffle on the bottom gives the dress a little extra flounce.  Made from rayon crepe.
