Sunshine Daydream  promises to deliver high-quality products in good condition. If, for any reason, your purchase from  us is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping charges). Simply send us an email, requesting a return authorization number ("RA Number) and return the unused merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. Be sure to put the RA number on the outside of the package.

If you think your credit card has been compromised as a result of shopping at Sunshine Daydream, please contact your credit card provider immediately. Most banks either cover all charges, or limit your liability to $50. We guarantee that if your card was compromised as a result of shopping at Sunshine Daydream  and your bank does not cover all charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability, up to $50.
